菲林是白片（底片沒有曝光／未使用），原因多數是上菲林沒上好但繼續拍攝或快門沒開。你可以上來門市取回每份菲林 $15 的掃描費。

The film has no images. It could be a camera shutter problem or film being loaded improperly. Please come to our store to pick up the film and receive $15/roll scanning fee refund.
