答：這情況通常發生在即棄相機或比教簡單結構的相機，因為這類相機都是非常小光圈，一般室內/晚上拍攝，一定會曝光不足。輕則，照片灰暗，嚴重的話，會黑畫面，即掃描器會略過，造成少了張數的問題。
WHY: This usually occurs with disposable cameras or simple-structured cameras which it has smaller apertures. As fewer light is now passing through the lens, negatives will be underexposed and result in dark, faded, or even grainy photo. Also, the scanner might skip underexposed frames automatically as the film base is faint/see-through. As a result, you might receive fewer photos than you actually shot.
解決：室內/晚上/陰天/甚至陰暗位都一定一定要開相機的閃光燈功能。
HOW TO FIX: Please turn on the flash when shooting indoor, at night, at gloomy days, and/or under shadow area.
